晶体管多功能筛选仪技术参数

技术参数：
1.  测量参数Measure parameter:
◆放大倍数β：（0 - 999）
◆开关时间Switching time T ：(0.01μS - 99.9μS)，包括上升时间、存储时间、下降时间。Including  Tr、Ts、Tf
◆饱和压降Vces：（0 - 2V）
◆正向压降Vbe：（0 - 2V）
◆漏电流Leakage current Iceo：（0.01μA - 3mA）
◆耐压Withstand voltage BVceo：（50V - 650V）
2.  测试条件 Testing conditions:
   ◆β测试Ib注入电流分三档 β test three different Ib current：0.1mA、1.0mA、10mA。
   ◆开关时间测试Ic电流分四档 Switching time test four different Ic current：0.5A、0.25A、0.1A、0.05A；对应Ib电流为 the corresponding Ib current: 0.1A、0.05A、0.02A、0.01A。
   ◆Vbe、Vces的测试条件与开关时间测试条件相同The testing condition of Vbe and Vces is same as switching time testing condition.
